Terms of Service

All FREE medias provided by PEER to specified clients of PEER are bound by the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike (BY-SA) license, however, this license is not valid for paid medias; a full license is provided to paid medias.

To clarify terms, all free medias licensed to a client of PEER are allowed to use, distribute, and modify those medias for any purpose, including commercial use, as long as the photographer is credited and any derivative works are licensed under the same terms.

If the client is to post any medias provided by PEER to their social media accounts, a credit to the Instagram handle "@prodbypeer" in the caption is required to comply with this license.

If the client is to post any medias provided by PEER to platforms without the ability to display a clear caption or description, a watermarked version of any respective media is to be displayed (showing an aesthetically-pleasing, media-complementary, non-intrusive PEER signature logo, at 40% opacity, along a border of each respective media). Contact PEER to obtain a suitable and watermarked version of any medias.

Any subsidiaries of the client using medias provided to the client by PEER do not need to be authorized for use of any respective medias, but are to be bound by the same licensing agreement as provided to the client by PEER.
